Jakarta - Ratusan jenazah korban COVID-19 menunggu antrean kremasi. Begitu banyaknya jumlah kematian membuat krematorium di India kewalahan.

Permintaan begitu tinggi sehingga krematorium di beberapa negara bagian kewalahan hingga menggunakan taman sampai area parkir untuk mengkremasi jenazah. (Foto: AP/Altaf Qadri)

Pakar mengatakan jumlah kremasi di luar krematorium bahkan di trotoar di kota-kota, jelas menunjukkan bahwa angka kematian akibat COVID-19 jauh lebih besar
