Transformasi Tubuh Seksi Ini Buktikan Diet Bukan Melulu Soal Berat Badan

Jakarta - Seorang perempuan di Inggris pamerkan transformasi tubuhnya yang berubah menjadi sangat seksi dalam 2 tahun belakangan ini. Menariknya, berat badannya tetap sama meski tampak jauh lebih ramping.

Nikki Rees, nama perempuan tersebut, memamerkan foto berbandingan bentuk tubuhnya di usia 34 tahun dan 36 tahun. Dalam foto yang diunggah di instagram tersebut, ia mencantumkan bahwa berat badannya tetap sama yakni 63 kg.

Menariknya lagi, ia mengaku tidak mengikuti program diet apapun. Ia tidak membatasi makan-makanan manis, dan tidak menghindari asupan karbohidrat di atas pukul 5 sore. Pola makannya masih sama seperti 2 tahun lalu, ketika tubuhnya tampak lebih gemuk dalam fotonya di instagram.

Exactly 2 years later and I am EXACTLY back to my "START weight" how crazy is that!! . . . I went to the hospital today to see my Crohn's disease doctors and 63kg was the number on the scale when they weighed me. Exactly the same as I was 4 months after the birth of missy moo. . . It's so BIZARRE how the same weight can look entirely different, ...You can make up your own mind up as to which body you prefer, it doesn't bother me... all I care about is that ...I'm 36 years old, I've had 2 kids and this last two years of healthy living I've been in remission from Crohn's disease, I've been free from dieting, free from weighing myself on the sad step everyday (because let's be fair it clearly means absolutely nothing) free from feeling guilty about my eating or bad about my body.... And free from wasting my time trying every fad I can to make a change and seeing nothing ever happen. . . 2 years of @kayla_itsines BBG program has re- built my confidence as much as it's re-built my body. It taught me not to be afraid of failure and that success comes from the 'attempt' and the 'effort' made every day not from making everyday perfect. It taught me to drink more water, eat more food and invest more time in myself as a person not just as a mum. It showed me that it's actually easy to change your life when everyday is a win ...because you are never telling yourself that something you did or ate was wrong or bad. that all you have to do is carry on and try again tomorrow. . . . . . Namun Nikki mengimbangi pola makannya yang nggak bagus-bagus amat itu, dengan olahraga secara teratur. Kegemarannya terhadap makanan-makanan yang tidak semuanya sehat, memotivasi Nikki untuk mengimbangi dengan olahraga untuk mengkondisikan tubuhnya.

Hasilnya, dalam dua tahun perubahan bentuk tubuhnya terlihat sangat nyata. Dari yang semula gemuk dan banyak tertutup lemak, sekarang menjadi ramping dan berotot. Dan dengan transformasi tersebut, berat badannya tetap sama yakni 63 kg.
